Hannah is a Balanced Body certified Pilates Mat instructor, 500 hour certified yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and Ayurvedic massage therapist. She has trained extensively in The Alexander Technique, dance, and boxing. Hannah continues to develop her Holistic Fitness practice through the studies of Pilates, Ayurveda, and meditation. Her teaching is centered around whole-body movement with a strong concentration on breath, core strength, and spiritual rejuvenation.
